WHAT YOU'RE EXPECTED TO DO:

• Effectively lead the customer acquisition strategy for InsureMe.

• Improve and manage customer experience across touchpoints.

• Negotiate and recommend Insurance solutions to fit customer requirements.

• Act with ownership to deliver individual targets to drive company performance.

PROFILE:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.

• Having a technical qualification will be an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with a good oral command of Sinhala, Tamil, or English.

• Having sound IT Literacy (MS. Office package) is essential.
